Our June 18 No Nonsense Nonprofit: Planning for Nonprofits workshop is now full! We cannot fit any more people in the room, but I have started a waiting list in case we have cancellations. No Nonsense Nonprofits Series continues with Planning for Nonprofits
Planning for Nonprofits–A Path Less Traveled will be offered June 18, 9:30-11:30 a.m., at Martin Regional Library.
Get your nonprofit on the path to success! This second workshop will walk participants through a “planning path less traveled” – from approach to implementation and beyond. Differing from a business perspective, the nonprofit planning model focuses on “People Supporting What They Help Create”. The roles of board, staff, volunteers, clients and supporters will be addressed. You will be lead through the nonprofit plan elements, including who does what, when, how and why. This workshop is for board presidents and members, executive directors, key staff and others who are charged with charting the path and leading their organization into the future.
Workshop leader Roger Finn is a retired Tulsa business executive with 20 years experience helping Tulsa-area non-profits plan for success.
